In putting together this annual anthology, a team of passionate judges read hundreds of ecofiction works published in collections, magazines, and journals around the world, narrowing them down to a shortlist of the very best. The 24 most compelling, emotionally impactful, and thought-provoking stories are then selected as finalists.
